They think it’s all over!! It is now!! Finally! Done. Finished. Basta! Yet it’s an odd feeling of relief and regret. All of a sudden my bags are packed and I’m off to the airport. Hardly any time to reflect. Everyone disappearing in different directions. Families to get home to. Planes to catch. Bags to unpack, then repack! Last night was absolute highlight. The whole team together celebrating, relieved. Complete happiness! Can’t wait for the satisfaction of finishing to sink in and digest! No more postcards… actually when I was away for 5 weeks in Australia for TDU I sent my girlfriend a letter every day! True story! I’m turning into a letter pro. This article better work!
